4 chopped cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
5 tablespoons of hone
1 table spoon for sesame oil
15g of minced ginger
1 red chilli
Recipe:
Cook rice while completing the rest of the steps
Make the sauce by adding all the ingredients into a bowl and mix it throughly.
Coat salmon fillets in cornflour.
Heat cooking oil in frying pan over medium to high heat and cook the salmon until it's golden brown on each side.
Pour sauce into the pan, and cook until the sauce is thick and the salmon is fully cooked.
Serve with rice, avocado, chopped cucumber, and a sprinkle of spring onions and sesame seeds.
